Fun at Kirk's

Last weekend Kirk hosted a fish fry, and the whole clan made it down to Kentucky for the big (and delicious) event!

There was lots of good, old fashioned fun: corn toss, washers, 4 wheelers, comfy lawn chairs, fun conversations, and LOTS of good food!

Some of our best entertainment came late in the afternoon, when the kids tried out the slip and slide. We adults had about as much fun as they did!

The line up.

The girls took tuns helping the neighbor's 16 month old down the slide, which she loved! They're going to make great older cousins! ;-)

The balcony spectators.

Little Kirk mid-air! Boy would I have been sore trying a brave stunt like that.

More spectators.

Haley and the little one, going past the self-appointed judges. The boys were all about style and splash! The girls were all about comfort and not going over the end of the slide. :-)

Caught!

I think all of the guys made it out for a little batting practice at some time that evening.

How surprised Kyle was when I told him it was 9:00 pm!

Our host up to bat.
